Product Description
This prewired Premium Epiphone DOT Studio wiring harness is built using premium components selected for reliability and tonal performance. The vintage 50s wiring helps maintain clarity when you roll down the volume while delivering smooth, responsive tone control.
What's Included
- Bourns Pro Audio 500K potentiometers, coarse spline (short shaft)
- Centralab paper-in-oil .033uF tone capacitor
- Switchcraft or Centralab 3-way toggle switch, black tip (chrome or gold)
- Switchcraft 1/4" jack
- Vintage-style Gavitt cloth push-back wire
- Fully prewired harness on an assembly board drilled to spec (the board is for building and shipping only; it isn't installed)
- Wiring diagram and installation instructions

Compatibility
- Epiphone DOT Studio hollow body (1 volume, 1 tone, 3-way switch)
- Feeds through the f-hole: requires at least 1-1/16" at the widest point of the f-hole opening
- Pot holes must be 3/8"
- Knobs require 18-tooth coarse spline (we sell new knobs)
- Component spacing: volume to tone 4.2", jack wire run 4"

Workbench Note
The DOT Studio is Epiphone's stripped-down semi-hollow: two humbuckers, one master volume and one master tone. With only two pots doing all the work, their quality matters more than on a four-knob guitar. This Epiphone DOT Studio wiring harness swaps the stock electronics for Bourns pots and a paper-in-oil cap, all prewired to feed through the f-hole. Playing a four-knob DOT or ES-335?
