Returns

We understand that sometimes the product is not what you thought it was. It is OK to return your item.

To return an item:

• Simply notify us by email within 30 days of purchase, and provide the item #, and date of purchase.
• We will provide you with a RA (return authorization). In order for us to accept returned item, it MUST be unused, not soldered, same condition it was shipped and all items shipped to you return.
• Once item is return same as shipped we will issue a full refund.
• Customer pays for return shipping.
• For International sales returns there is no refund on the shipping fee paid.
