Using proper wire makes soldering cleaner and ensures maximum noise rejection in high-gain environments. Our Gavitt wire is manufactured in the USA using traditional construction methods for easy push-back strip-free soldering.

Wire Types Available

• Gavitt Vintage Cloth Push-Back Wire (22 AWG): Pre-tinned stranded copper conductor with celanese cotton braid. No wire strippers needed—simply push back the cloth insulation and solder. Supplied in 2.5ft Black / 2.5ft White sets.
• Gavitt Shielded Braided Push-Back Wire: Single conductor wire enclosed in a tinned copper braided outer shield. Vintage-correct for Les Paul, SG, and semi-hollow body control-to-switch runs.
